Wood, has not had a case in his court for six months, and Jess Lleuallen, con stable, has not made an arrest for the same length of time. It ,1b authoritatively stated that not more than two drunken men have been seen on Weston's streets all winter and that no fights have occurred, at least none have been made public. Weston is made up of a temperate, peaceful, law-abiding class of citizens, as are all other communities In Umatilla county, but there Is a special brand of peace In Weston that Is worthy of mention, as the record of the Justice of the peace shows.
