stallation, the price of the milk used
and the incidental expenses of the
plant would eat up the profits for
some time after starting. Therefore
It would he the best plan, and tho one
surest of success in the estimation of
.Mr. .Maple, to start by building ip
the dairy interests of the section and
increasing the number of milk giv-

of putting In a plant.
