R. & N. between this place and Spokane, to meet the great Increase In company business. This new wire will be for the exclusive use of the company, and will handle nothing but strictly local business. It will bo cut in only at important places, such as Walla Walla, Wallu la, Tckoa, Starbuck, Colfax, Rlparla and Spokane.
