Fee In which W. R, Camp hell brings suit against C. O. White to require him to cancel a judgment of the circuit court in order to re move a cloud from the title to the plaintiff's land. Some time ago the defendant in tnlR case brought suit against Camo- bell for 1320. alleged to be due on a note, together with S0 attorney" iees and 340.68 costs. The nresont plaintiff alleges that he paid the judgment rendered by the court, but that White has failed to satisfy the Judgment, wherefore he asks for a decree against the defendant requir ing him to cancel tbe Judgment and fcr the costs and disbursements of the action.
