Mrs. George Dougherty, of Cayuse,
Will Be Taken to Asylum.
Mrs. George Dougherty, of Cayuse,
was today adjudged insane by the
examining board, consisting of Dr.
Cole and Judge Hartman.
She is a native of the state, and

cently. The woman Is violent and
will be token to tho asylum this
evening. In tho meantime being under

H. Mulligan, of Portland, was in

ments for opening the Hotel St.
George restaurant. He left for Port
land this morning, where ho will buy
the furnishings for the place and will
