In case of a deadlock between the supporters of tho two leaders In the race it is possible that a dark horSo may win. The entire week will be given over to the business of tho encampment ami tho entertainment of the veterans and their friends. One of tho most distinctive features will bo tho big parado. in tho ranks will bo all the veterans' association in convention hero, tho Grand Army ot tho Uepubltc, tho Associated Veterans ot tho Mex ican war, Spanish-American war vet erans.
