Osteh has called a meeting of the Citizens' Association for Friday evening, June B, at 7:30 o clock, at his office for tho purpose of discussing the advisability of send ing a delegation to represent the in terests of tho association at tho semiannual Irrigation convention to be held at Baker City in this month. Other matters of Importance will come up also for the consideration of the association at this mooting.
