Arley Fletcher, of Nye. is visiting In this vicinity at present. J. H J"Tench. of Butter Creek, is said to have lost 25 head of cattle from the late storm. B. Doath at her own hand, by swal lowing 10 grains of morphine in a fit of despondency, was the fate of Maud Buchholx. daughter of Mrs. Jennie Blackburn, of this city, at Spokane. Saturdav morning, says the Walla Walla Statesman.
