"In common with the farmers ranchmen, cattlemen and a number of other industries, particularly in the eastern pan of the state, the woolgrowers of Oregon are receiving a benefit from the funds appropriat ed bv the state for the purpose of paying a bounty on coyotes and other pridaceous animals, tar in excess of' the amount paid out. and. It is the judgment of this association, based upon authen tic reports from all over the state, that there will be a rapid decrease in the amount of scalps taken and con sequent expense to the state from this time on; and. Whereas.
