Pendleton Baker City... Walla Walla., La Grande... .900 .500 .300 .300 The Indians took another game from the Beet Pullers at La Grande Friday by a score of 12 to 30. This is six straight games for the Pendle ton team from the La Grande boys and indicates that something will have to be done to strengthen the La Grande team if they want to play with "Bobby" Brown's hivincibles. The Friday's game was a slugging match, however, from start to finish. The score book showing nine hits from the Pendleton pitcher and 1G for Pendleton off the La Grande pitcher. Home runs wore made by Stovall, Schills, and Schmidt for the Indians and Black and Rol Brown for the Pullers. The batting honors were won by Stovall, who got one home run, two two-baggers and two singles. The game became somewhat excit ing in the ninth when Rol Brown made a homo run for the Pullers, tieing the game, but it did not re main so long, as when Schmidt wont to bat in the tenth he knocked a home run and scored Stovall. This ended the game. The Score. Pendleton ABR IIPOA E PAINE'S CELERY C0A1P0UND oaves Money I Quickly Dissipates Tired Poolings and Givos New Life to the Weak, Nervous and Debilitated.
