Godfrey and Tabor, the old owners
of the Red Boy, are by the terms of
the consolidation in absolute control.
The Red Boy interests in the merger
company represent s $2,250,000, as
against $750,000 held by the Concord
people. The distribution of the stock
to the vorious interested parties is as
