In fact, some of Pendleton's leading citixenn have said that they will vote in the city election without regintering. The state law provider for a poll tax of $2, with a few exemptions Mayor Vincent aayn that October 1 will lie the date net for the collection of de linquent poll taxen. He says moreover that the collection will be inforced in accordance with the ntate law.
