spects.more marvelous than any of the
others if not than all of them com
bined. It was, for untold ages, the
"Rig Medicine," the cure-all, of the
Indians. It has hardly been discover
ed By white man. Its fame is merely
local, hut its miracles of healing al
ready performed would till a volume.
No mere folder or booklet can give
anv adequate idea of its wonders.
The lake has an area of four acres,
ami is from two to live feet deep. It
and the springs that till ft are imply
the remains of a vast geyser, and the
heat is all volcanic. The flow is
