Sentenced to tha Penitentiary for Steal ing W. H. Bowman's Cattle. At the opening of court this morning IsaaV Ruddock, convicted of stealing cattle from W. M. Bowman, of Birch creek, was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary. Mr. Ruddock la very low-spirited over his many troubles. The surgeons are of the opinion that all of tho toes of one of his feat will have to be amputated on account of the freezing to whtch they were subjected at the time of the cattle transaction which rem I led in his trial, conviction and sentence.
