The iurv in the esse of Toy -Toy, tin Indian charged with being one ol the princiiials in the Annie F'llmi murder of August 24 last, was out yesterday altornoou less than two hours. It came in at 0 o'clock in tlie evening ami rendered a verdict of murder in the firsf degree, as charged in the indict ment. The customary motions were made and proceeding were held inci dent to the closing of murder cases. In order to preserve the rights of defen dant. The ton-gone conclusions ot the guilt of Toy-Toy robl.ed the closing hours of the trial and the scenes incident to the rendition of the verdict of nearly all interest, except to a fesv.
