got revenge Sunday for the defeat
at the hands of the married men
during the Gold H ill fair by taking
Ihe game with the score of 11 to 8.

A close game again featured the
game, the count being tied several
times including the last inning
when the tally was 8-all. In the
first half of their inning, the single
team scored three runs which prov
ed to be enough of a margin to win
the game.
As the series now stands one
game apiece the final game of the
“world series” w ill be played Sun-
day.
