The average for the Seniors and Sophomores was 61%, while the average for the Juniors and Freshmen was 65%>. The Gold H ill High School w ill enter the journalism contest, nt the University of Oregon, for the second time. Last year we won honorable mention but this year we intend to come through with flying colors. The prize w ill be a silver cup for the best all-around high school paper in the state. Athletic Department Last Friday, December 13, we played a double-header basket-ball game with Eagle Point on our home floor. The girls were too sure of Ihe game because they had beaten them by such a large seore the last time, und they lost by a score of 17-23.
