Notice is hereby given that the under
signed has tilt'd her final account in the
m atterof theestate of Samuel T. Hodges,
deceased, in the county court of Oregon,
for Jackson Countv, and said Court has
fixed Monday, the fifth day of June, 1016
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of raid day
at the court room of said court at the
county court house in the town of Jack
sonville, Jackson County, Oregon, as
the time and place for the hearing of
said dual account. All persons interest-
nd are notified to make or die their ob
jections, if any they have, to said final

favor of this grass and would like to see every farmer try it on
his place. However there is one thing to be afraid of and that
is to be careful who you buy seed of and know what you are
