threa members of the Industrial In­
surance commission to draft a “first
aid” amendment to the workmen's
compensation law.
The proposed initiative law on that
subject was voted down at the general
election with the understanding that
a body would be uamed to draw a new
law for the legislature.
The persons asked to serve are;

kane, lumberman; ex-3tate Senator
Alexander Polson, Hoquiam, lumber­
man, and W illiam Ptgott, Seattle, steel
manufacturer.
