Henry Dalpke. near Weston, was drowned and his cabin carried off by the flood. Tom Gilbert, an Indian, will be tried in January for killing Wapato Dave, in Polk county. Peter Monison, clerk at Norton House, died from an overdose of morphine. 'Dick the driver," a notorious rough, was expedited out ot this world at Weeksville, on tbe N 1. K.
