Wheat declined heavily closing at four and five cents below yesterday, the luweat price for the day h mg six cents below yesterday's highest. Corn was about two cents lower and oats were a cent off and provisions are indescribably irregular with a decline for the day of about SI 25 on pork and 60 cents on lard. There has not been so exciting a day on change for over a year. The chief cauee of the panic was the announcement of the failure of II O.
