Mrs. Kaiser upon nuking an investigation, found that the man had walked into the front door, which sho had left open in expectation ol her husbands re turn, aud had ransacked tho pantry. He was remanded below upon the announcement of the result. The MimiiKK Case. Probably one of the dullest trials ever hod in our courts is the murder case of J. W. Itollins, who was in dicted by the Grand Jury for killing "Kelly the Vag" on the 2d day of last August. Not a dozen people were in attendance at the court when the trial waa commenced yesterday af tcrnoou at 1:30 o'clock. The folio iug jury was empaneled: S. F. Siferd, W, 1). Double blower, H. It.
