Wed., 20. Last night another mem ber was added to our company by tho birth of a child. Mother and child doing well, wo wero leady to go on at tho usual starting time. Tho waters of this stream aro very clear, abounding wltl lino llsh, which tho Indians take in largo numbors. A parly of Snakes nnd Shoshones visited camp this evening with n number of line salmon to sell, which wero much fatter and better than those taken at Salmon falls. Thurs., ai. It Is a stream of line, clear water, somo 10 or CO yards wide, and ubounds with fish, which may bo seen playing In Its clear wators in many places.
