Title. This Grance shall bo known and designat ed as tho Ojtoon Statu Ouasciu or hie PATRONS 01' llUsllANDUY. ARTICLE II. Mcmbei ship. Sec. 1. This Grango Hhall ba composed of Itepiesentativis from each count in this jurisdiction, ekoseti by thiua delegates from each Grange theroof, upon tho basis of one Master mid his wile, it a matron, lor every six Granges, aud ouo Master and his wife, it a matron, ior eery fraction thereol. Past Walters and tholr wives, who aie matrons, fckall be honorary memlcrf, entitled to the tiltli degree, and eligible to office, but not entitled to vote. Sec. 2. And it shall bo tho duty of tho delegates of each county to mt'ot at the coun ty seat of thoir respective counties on the feecond Monday ut April ot each year, lit 10 o'clock a. m., and elect lepresontatlvts to the State Grange for tho ensuing year, of which meeting two vvotks' notice shall be given by tho Deputies tor said county. ARTICLE III. Meetings. This Grange shall hold regular auuual meetings on the lourth Tuesday of May, tit such place us the Grauro liny trout time to time determine. Special meetings may bo called by the Executive Committee bv giv ing written notice to each Suboullnato Grange, at least thirty (30) devs preceding the time of meeting, or by a voto of tho Orange at a regular meeting. ARTICLE IV. Qw ni)n. Twenty members shall constitute a quo rum for the transaction of business, but a less number may adjourn Irom day to day. ARTICLE V. Duties o Officers See. 1. It Hhall bo Ihe duty oftlie Mas'pr to open and preside at all nuttings of the Grange. Sec. 2. It sball bo the duty ortho Overseer to assist tne Master in preserving order, and be shall preside ovr the Grange in tho absence ot tho Master. It shall bo the dutv of the Steward to have charge of the Inner Gate. Sec. 5. The Assistant Steward shall assist the Steward in the psrforaiauciof his duties. Sec. 6.
