Mn, Editob: Allow wo to gh o your roatl ers my experionco in killing bfiulrrols which will beat any thing I have ever seen In print. Well, hero it Is: Take ono pint of wheat, wet It thoroughly, pour all the wator off them, put ono tablespoonful of sugar, stir till the wheat Is perfectly coated with the sugar, thon take ono-fourth or one-third of a bottle of strychnine, pulverise on some smooth surface, I always use an old case knife and piece of some broken plato, then sprinkle It ovor the wheat, stir till thorough ly mixed, then take a wooden paddle to put it out with, put from six to twolve grains In a place, put it la tbo mouth of their boles and on the logs and under tho logs, on the fence whero they cross. This makes a bait that the squirrels are fond of, thoy will eat it and not carry It off to their holes. I think it is the safest way strychnine was over used; there is no dissolving of the strychnine, hence thorols no evaporation. It will kill as iong as it is kept dry. J. It. T. Magazines.
