Convicts. Th roe new convicts were
lodged in the penitentiary on Tuesday
of th id week one, P. II. Koch, from
Portland, sentenced one year for ob
taining moncyundor false pretenses;
the other two from Wasco county,
both for grand larcency War, Simp
son, sentenced for four yearn, and John
Dupoud for two years.
