Economic Development Department at PDC will use

opportunities and growth. This role places you on the cut-
ting edge of developing and implementing industry best
practices that foster vibrant small business ecosystems
throughout the city, with a focus on increasing business
know-how, access to capital, new markets, and mentor-
ship for underserved entrepreneurs.
You’ll be a vital member of a team identifying and imple-
menting new programs to support business growth and
wealth creation in priority neighborhoods and among pri-
ority populations. Your work will encompass connecting
individuals to business technical assistance providers
and private and non-profit lenders as well as developing
relationships with neighborhood-based anchor institu-
tions to grow business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong self-aware-
