SAIF is soliciting proposals from qualifi ed contrac-
tors for the SAIF Salem Campus Renovation in Sa-
lem, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the proposal
are outlined in Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC)
“Invitation to Bid”, dated April 1, 2017, attached to
and made a part of the Contract Documents.

A non-mandatory technical review session will be
held at the Lewis Main Office in Portland on April
11, 2017 at 4:00 pm, local time. Representatives
from the Lewis project team will be available to re-
view scope, documents and bidding requirements
with prospective bidders and their estimating/proj-
ect management teams.

Meeting #2:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and jobsite
tour will be held at the Project Site (meet at 480
Church St., SE) on April 17, 2017 at 2:00 P.M., local
time. Please bring your own PPE, as it is an active
construction site.
All proposers must comply with the following re-
quirements: Prevailing Wage Law, ORS 279C.800-
279C.870, Licensed with Construction Contractors
Board ORS 671.530.
Proposals will not be considered unless RE-
CEIVED by 2:00 P.M. local time on April 27th,
2017, and fully completed in the manner provid-
