Architectural Services, Lakeview Head Start
Proposals due: January 6, 2015, 5:00pm, PST
Request for Proposals:
The Town of Lakeview is soliciting proposals from quali-
fied architectural firms to assume the final design and
construction management for the construction of the
Lakeview Head Start. This project is located in Lake-
view, Oregon.
Work under this contract will be funded in its entirety with
grant funds from the Oregon Community Development
Block Grant Program. The total project is being funded
through a grant from the Oregon Community Develop-
ment Block Grant program administered by Business
Oregon-Infrastructure Finance Authority. The total proj-
ect budget is $1,729,889.29.

view reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. A
Preliminary Design is available upon request.
Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m., PST, on Jan-
uary 6, 2015, at the Lakeview Town Hall, at the above
address. Mis-deliveries, late or faxed submittals will be
considered nonresponsive.
