Local News Passinart: A Theatre Company Presents holiday Classic – ‘Black Nativity’ PassinArt: A Theatre Company brings this wonderful production written by poet and playwright langston hughes. This classic work is directed by Portland’s own Shalanda Sims with musical direction by willie Binns. The production opens with Community Night on Dec. 11, and runs Dec. 12, 13, 14, & 18, 19, 20, 21 at Ethos, in the IFCC, 5340 N. Interstate Ave., curtain nightly at 7 p.m. The local cast includes Dwayne Golden, Kristen warren, Kyra Orr, Adore Butcher, Shelley Matthews, Donna Anfield Jones, Angela Freeman, Shantiniya Cane, Isiah Sims, Gary holland and Jerry Foster.
