Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for Lane Com-
munity College is soliciting bids for the construction of
the Center for Student Success in Eugene, Oregon.
Terms and conditions of the bid are outlined in Lease
Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) “Invitation to Bid”, dated
August 5th, 2014, attached to and made a part of the
Contract Documents.
Bids will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher
Lewis, LLC, (CM/GC), 550 SW 12th Avenue, Portland,
Oregon 97205, until 3:30 PDT, September 9, 2014 at
which time the bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Center for
Student Success: Bid Package #3”
The total building construction cost is projected to be
approximately $26 million.
The scope of work for Bid Package #3 includes demoli-
tion, excavation, underground utilities, structural steel,
exterior skin, roofing, glazing, framing and drywall, finish
carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers,
flooring, interior finishes, site concrete, landscaping, and
equipment. It is the Intention of Lease Crutcher Lewis,
LLC to submit bid(s) for portions of this work.
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Mechanical
& Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Electrical, Demolition,
Controls and Structural Concrete scopes of work
(optional for remaining scopes), will be held on
August 26th at 1:00 pm at the jobsite location on the
Lane Community College Campus at NW corner of
Center Building. (approximate address for reference
is 4000 E. 30th Ave, Eugene, OR 97405).

Senior Engagement Manager to support and help to
advance United Way’s mission of breaking the cycle of
childhood poverty in our region by creating ways for the
community to engage with United Way’s work. Key
responsibilities include planning, growing, and imple-
menting UWCW’s annual Day of Giving campaign,
inspiring and mobilizing giving on this single, high-profile
day, generating buzz and momentum among con-
stituents and the community; productizing the work of
United Way; supporting engagement activities related to
affinity groups, stewardship work, and events; and creat-
ing a comprehensive sponsorship plan, soliciting
sponsorships and in-kind donations, and building
new/deepening relationships.
5 years related experience; BA degree; or a comparable
combination of experience and education. Online mar-
keting and fund-raising experience preferred as well as
experience leading a fundraising campaign, including
the development of sponsorship partnerships. Hiring
Range of $52,163 to $63,900, DOE.

SERVICES SPECIALIST
United Way of the Columbia-Willamette is seeking a
Data and Field Services Specialist to support and help to
advance United Way’s mission of breaking the cycle of
childhood poverty in our region by providing the quality
information needed to expand United Way’s relation-
ships with major donors and corporate partners. Key
responsibilities include data stewardship, moves man-
agement support, individual and corporate prospect
research, data management support, pledge processing
support, inquiry resolution, and field material preparation
and support.
3+ years related experience; BA degree; or a compara-
ble combination of experience and education. Project
management experience a plus. Proficiency with MS
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel essential. Advanced profi-
ciency with customer relationship management systems
and electronic giving platforms preferred. Hiring Range
of $33,047 to $39,656, DOE.
