Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the University
of Oregon and is soliciting bids for the demolition portion
of the Erb Memorial Union Expansion and Renovation
Project in Eugene, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the
bid are outlined in Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC)
“Invitation to Bid”, dated July 07, 2014, attached to and
made a part of the Contract Documents.
Bids will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher
Lewis, LLC, (CM/GC), 550 SW 12th Avenue, Portland,
Oregon 97205, until 3:30 PDT, August 26, 2014 at
which time the bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Erb
Memorial Union Renovation & Addition: Bid Pack-
age #4”
The scope of work for Bid Package #4 includes all
scopes of work with the exception of the following: 70’s
wing demolition, earthwork, site utilities, concrete foun-
dations/structure, structural steel, wood framing,
elevators, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, electri-
cal, and low voltage.
Pre-bid conferences for all scopes of work will be
held on Thursday, August 7th and 14th, at 1:00pm at
the project location on the University of Oregon
Campus (Job Trailer is located at approximately
1222 E. 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403).

port including initial patient assessment and
administration of medical treatment; operates special-
ized equipment, apparatus, machinery, and tools;
performs fire prevention activities, as well as general sta-
tion duties. The purpose of this recruitment is to create a
list to fill potential vacancies for the Cities of Eugene
AND Springfield. Successful candidates may be consid-
ered for a potential hire sometime after Spring 2015.
