Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for Lane Commu-
nity College is soliciting bids for the construction of the
Center for Student Success in Eugene, Oregon. Terms
and conditions of the bid are outlined in Lease Crutcher
Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) “Invitation to Bid”, dated November
8, 2013, attached to and made a part of the Contract
Documents.
Wastewater Operators II maintain established water
quality standards through the effective operation of all
equipment involved in the treatment process including
operating, monitoring and controlling a vast network of
pumps, conveyers, air and chemical systems; making
operational decisions including pumping rates and
dosage adjustments, while working in one of six work
units, which provide 24-hour coverage every day. For

Bids will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher
Lewis, LLC, (CM/GC), 550 SW 12th Avenue, Portland,
Oregon 97205, until 3:30 PST, November 26, 2013 at
which time the bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Center for
Student Success: Bid Package #__1__”
The total building construction cost is projected to be
approximately $26 million.

The scope of work for Bid Package #1 includes Demoli-
tion of the elevated concrete structures, specifically the
elevated terraces and the central stair on the West ele-
vation of the Center Building for Lane Community
College.
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Exterior Ele-
vated Demolition scope of work (optional for
remaining scopes), will be held on November 15th at
1:00 pm at the jobsite location on the Lane Commu-
nity College Campus at NW corner of Center
Building. (approximate address for reference is 4000
E. 30th Ave, Eugene, OR 97405).

mobilizing on jobsite.
Bids will not be considered unless RECEIVED by
3:30 p.m. PST on November 26, 2013, and fully com-
pleted in the manner provided by the “Instructions to
Bidders”.
