PROJECT NAME: OLD TOWN ROADS PROJECT II, PW 2013-02, 2013-CDBG-1302 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of road reconstruction on Birch Avenue from E. 5th Street to E. 6th Street, Cedar Avenue from E. 5th Street to E. 6th Street, E. 6th Street from Birch Avenue to Cedar Avenue and Dogwood Street from E. 6th Street to E. 7th Street. A pervious concrete pedestrian path will be installed on the four above mentioned blocks separated from the road by a planter strip. This project is financed through the Community Devel- opment Block Grant program with funds obtained from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Develop- ment. This contract will be subject to regulations of the Department of Labor and Housing and Urban Develop- ment.
