Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Oregon
Zoo is soliciting bids for construction of the Asian Ele-
phants project in Portland, Oregon. Terms and conditions
of the bid are outlined in Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC
(CM/GC) “Invitation to Bid”, dated July 15, 2013, attached
to and made a part of the Contract Documents.
Bids will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher
Lewis, LLC, (CM/GC), 550 SW 12th Avenue, Portland,
Oregon 97205, until 2:00 P.M. PST, August 13th, 2013
at which time the bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Ore-
gon Zoo Asian Elephants”
The total construction cost for Oregon Zoo Asian Ele-
phants is projected to be approximately $40 Million.

Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA), is soliciting bids
for the construction of the Lebanon Veterans’ Home in
Lebanon, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the bid are

tion to Bid” (ITB), dated July 16, 2013, attached to and
made a part of the Contract Documents. The nurse call
scope will be solicited using a request for proposal (RFP)
competitive procurement process and is made part of
the ITB.

siding, sheet metal, vinyl and storefront windows, roofing,
doors/frames/hardware, drywall and ceilings, flooring,
tile, painting, casework, patient lift system, miscella-
neous specialties, fireplaces, code signage, window
treatments, kitchen appliances and equipment, fire sprin-
klers, mechanical / plumbing, electrical and low voltage,
nurse call (RFP), and final cleaning for the ODVA
Lebanon Veterans’ Home.
It is the intention of Lease Crutcher Lewis, LCC (CM/GC)
to submit a bid for the Concrete Structure and Wood
Framing Bid Packages.

This is full performance level work in the operation and
routine maintenance of a large, activated sludge, waste-
water treatment plant. Wastewater Operators II maintain
established water quality standards through the effective
operation of all equipment involved in the treatment
process including operating, monitoring and controlling a
vast network of pumps, conveyers, air and chemical sys-
tems; making operational decisions including pumping
rates and dosage adjustments, while working in one of
six work units, which provide 24-hour coverage every
day. The Wastewater Operator II maintains accurate
records, performs standard laboratory tests and identi-
fies equipment failures and maintenance needs. For
