ified labor attorney with a minimum of five years advising
on and litigating labor matters. This attorney will primari-
ly handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice cases
and provide general labor advice. This attorney will also
provide advice on a variety of federal, state and local
employment matters, including but not limited to ADA,
ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and USERRA. This attor-
ney must possess excellent written and oral communi-
cation skills, as well as outstanding organizational and
analytical skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who
is highly motivated, proactive and able to handle a mul-
titude of challenging situations. Admission to the Oregon
State Bar is required. We value diversity among our

ally and personally rewarding. Annual salary $86,840-
