University of Oregon Alumni Association (UOAA) seeks
an Executive Assistant & Constituency Manager. Posi-
tion reports to the Executive Director. Responsibilities
include enhancing and strengthening vital relationships
with key constituencies of the UOAA. In addition, this
position will assist the senior leadership team drive orga-
nizational change and help the UOAA deliver on a stat-
ed commitment to excellence and a superior level of
customer service. To accomplish these critical objec-
tives, this position will supervise the front desk opera-
tions of the UOAA, including one classified FTE and
several student employees. This position will provide
executive support for a three-person senior leadership
team and administrative support to the volunteer board
of directors for the UOAA. In addition, it will assist in the
creation and implementation of strategies to further con-
stituent relationship support.
