LEED Enhanced Commissioning Services for
Elephant Habitat Building at the Oregon Zoo
RFP 13-2177
The Oregon Zoo, a department of Metro, a metropolitan
service district organized under the laws of the State of
Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand
Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting pro-
posals for LEED Enhanced Commissioning Services for
the Elephant Habitat Building at the Oregon Zoo.
Sealed proposals are due close of business Thursday,
August 30, 2012, in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE
Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention:
Sharon Stiffler, RFP 13-2177.
Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to per-
form the following: LEED Enhanced Commissioning
Services (LEED EAc3) - Provide oversight of commis-
sioning tasks related to LEED Energy and Atmosphere
Prerequisite for the Elephant Habitat Building at the Ore-
gon Zoo. Fundamental Commissioning will be performed
by PAE Consulting Engineers.
All proposers, both prime and sub consultants, must reg-
ister with ARC-Oregon. To register for this RFP, contact
