Kaiser Permanente Northwest has awarded 110 high school seniors and 32 college students with $2,000 scholarships
towards studies leading to careers in health care. The Kaiser Permanente Health Care Career Scholarship Program,
now in its fourth year, awards the grants to at least one qualified senior from each of the 113 approved high schools
in the Northwest service area, which stretches from Cowlitz County, Wash., to Corvallis. The scholarships are
administered by the Oregon Area Health Education Center at OHSU. For more information go to
