Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the University
of Oregon is soliciting bids for the construction of the
Allen Hall Expansion & Remodel in Eugene, Oregon.
Terms and conditions of the bid are outlined in Lease
Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) “Invitation to Bid”, dated
May 14, 2012, attached to and made a part of the Con-
tract Documents.
Bids will be received at the offices of Lease crutcher
Lewis, LLc, (cM/Gc), 1717 NW 21st ave, Portland,
oregon 97210, until 2:00 P.M. PSt, May 29, 2012 at
which time the bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud. Proposals shall be clearly marked “allen Hall
Expansion & remodel”
The total construction cost for the Allen Hall signage and
furniture is projected to be approximately $400,000.
The scope of work for Bid Package #3 includes donor
signage, code signage, public-area furniture, and pri-
vate-area furniture at the University of Oregon Allen Hall
Expansion & Remodel.

Job Summary: Serves as the primary leader and project
manager for the Lewis & Clark’s new media operation,
including the supervision of a new media team compris-
ing staff and student workers. Works as part of cohesive,
highly collaborative marketing/communications team to
lead new media projects and support on-going commu-
nications through the web and other electronic/digital

the Portland Development commission (commis-
sion) will receive sealed bids in writing at the Commis-
sion’s office located at 222 NW Fifth Avenue, Portland,
Oregon 97209 for Grading at Cascade Station Lot D and
Phase B flip RPCC Surcharge Pile from Lot 1 to Lot 2
until the deadline of 2:00 p.m. Pacific time (Pt) on
June 6, 2012 (“Bid Deadline”), after which time bids will
not be received. All bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud at the Commission’s Office immediately after the
time of the Bid Deadline. Each bidder shall submit to the
Commission’s office the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclo-
sure Form, the Good Faith Effort Compliance Form 1 and
the Good Faith Effort Program Form 2 (the forms of
which are contained in the Project Manual) either (1)
along with its respective bid or (2) by delivering such
items to the Commission’s office no later than 4:00 p.m.

All work shall be performed in accordance with the pro-

will be held at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time on May 23, 2012
at the Commission’s office. The site is available for public
viewing no jobsite tour is scheduled.
Prevailing wage rates must be paid on the project in
accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
The Commission may reject any bid not in compliance
with all prescribed public bidding procedures and
requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all
bids upon a finding of the Commission that it is in the
public interest to do so.
