Cornelia Young Welch Richardson, 94, died June 5,
2011, at her Portland, Oregon home.
The Tuskegee University alumnus loved teaching, and
just prior to retirement taught the first grade for sev-
enteen years in the SE Portland, Rockwood School
District.
Cornelia was memorialized June 14, 2011
