REACH’s Program Assistant position is with the
Community Builders Program, a neighborhood-based
service providing free home repairs. 40 hours a week
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to caller requests and inquiries.
• Generate and process program-related paperwork
from database
• Schedule appointments, deliveries, and repairs with
clients.
• Schedule and support volunteers. Coordinate work-
days and events.
SKILLS/BACKGROUND NEEDED:
• Detail-oriented, especially when entering data into
the Access database
• Bicultural/Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Russian,
Vietnamese a plus
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Access
• Required to have own car, driver’s license, proof of
insurance. Safe driving record for use of REACH
vehicle.
• Pre-employment drug test and criminal background
search required.

99201, to provide Mobility Training Services and an
Option for Conducting ADA Paratransit Eligibility In-
Person Assessments in accordance with the conditions
stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) package.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., local
time, Monday, February 28, 2011 at the Spokane Transit
Administrative Offices, 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane,
WA. It is recommended that all prospective proposers
attend the meeting. Travel expenses are the responsibil-
ity of those who attend.
