qualified contractor to provide painting services on the
newly renovated Portland Transit Mall and SW
Morrison/Ymahill/1st Avenue Light Rail Alignment in
downtown Portland, OR. PMMI is a not-for-profit public
benefit corporation under contract with the Tri-County
Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon to provide
certain maintenance services, cleaning and security of
the Portland Mall.
PMMI is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)
from contractors to perform painting services. The most
qualified contractor will be selected to negotiate a flexible
services contract based on which specific task orders will
be negotiated and issued as need for painting services.

Description of Work: New twin-cell 50 MG
Reservoir, pipelines, new valve and flowmeter
vaults (both inside and outside of the Powell Butte
Nature Park) and modifications to existing piping &
vaults in the ROW. The project also includes new
interpretive center building with perimeter enhance-
