POWWOW! 12th annual traditional powwow takes
center stage at P.C.C. this month to highlight
Native American Culture and Ancestry. The event

INTERNATIONAL CAT SHOW & FOOD DRIVE FOR THE
OREGON FOOD BANK: The cat show will feature
over 200 cats. Happy, healthy adoption kittens
and cats from Chapple Hill Cat Sanctuary and
Purrfect Pals. Cost is $4.00 with 2 cans of human
food. Without 2 cans of food cost is $6.00.

the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Peace Award at Seattle Center's 2011 King
Holiday Celebration. The Center partnered with the Seattle Youth
Violence Prevention Initiative to recognize the efforts of people who
work with youth to reduce and prevent youth violence in Seattle.
