Members o Bethel 2i, Job's Daughters, (lid a triple
take the other day when three Ford roadsters ot ancient
vintage arrived to take advantage ot the group's 99
ccnt benefit carwash. The antique models were driven
by their owners, Don Hansen, V. II. Oldakcr and Don
Short, all members ot the Eugene Horseless Carriage
Club. While the girls carefully polished up the already
shining roadsters (which receive tar better care than
most new cars), their owners looked on anxiously. Total
earnings at the end of the day for the girls: $12 with
plenty of laughter and exercise thrown in.
