Rustler Sentenced
To 8 Years in Prison
JOHN DAY I A man who
pleaded guilty to cattle rustling
was sentenced Thursday to
eight years in prison.
Malheur County Sheriff Bob
Ingram said Melville Danck
Kelly, 39, admitted rustling
more than 200 head, from Grant
County ranchers over a two-year
period.
He said Kelly took the cattle
by truck to Idaho for sale at a
public auction.
