Monday criticized campaign con
tributions to Mrs. Maurine Neu
berger, Democratic candidate for
her late husbands Senate seat,
saying most of them have come
from sources outside of Oregon.
Mrs. Moore said the election
report filed with the secretary of
state's office showed backers of
Mrs. Neuberger put up $24,875
before the May 20 primary. She
aid more than $21,000 of this
amount came from "non-Oregon
sources most of it from New
York, Chicago and Washington
D.C."
Porter Urges Probe

Fidel Castros government in
Cuba.
Porter said in Washington,
D.C, he was disturbed by reports
that Castro is allowing the trans
shipment of Communist arms to

than the prevailing rate of

The Board reserves the right
to waive minor deviations from
the plans and specifications and
to waive all purely technical Ir
regularities in the bids.
