"Carousel" tells the story of Julie Jordan (played by
Nicola Roach), a mill worker who falls in love with
the carousel barker, Billy Bigelow (played by Tim Har
den), pictured above. At right, Jigger teaches Carrie
to defend herself against "unprincipled characters."

A sell-out production of

Hammerstein musical, will be
presented Thursday, Friday
and Saturday at 8 p.m. in
South Eugene High School
auditorium. A cast of more
than 250 students, under the
direction of Ed Ragozzino,
has been in rehearsal for
many weeks on the show
adapted from Molnar's play,
"Lilliom." Dave Sherman is

which six thousand tickets
have been sold.
