Walcott asserted Tuesday that he
hadn't "made $15" since winning
the world heavyweight champion
ship and couldn't possibly defend
the crown in March.
"I promised God that if he saw
fit to make me champion I would
do some good with the title," he
said. "That's what I've been do
ing with charity appearances. I've
been defending the title every day
for the youth of the country."
