Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Taylor of
1823 E. 15th St. will celebrate
their 50th wedding anniversary
Oct. 31, and in their honor the
four grown children of the
couple have arranged to have
open house at the family resi
dence next Sunday, Oct. 28, from
2 to 5 p.m. A family dinner will
be served at the home Satur
day evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Taylor have
lived here for many years. He is
a native of Lane County, and
she came here as a young girl
from Ireland. They were mar
ried at Deadwood. Her name
was Mary Jane Acheson.

Stanturf of Monroe Saturday,
Oct. 13, at the Methodist par
sonage in Sprinfifield. The Rev.

sage. She was attended by Mrs.
Guy Hawkins. Mr. Hawkins was
